Yes, just choose the PayTM payment gateway when checking out and you will be able to use your international credit or debit card

Unfortunately, we do not offer separate editing services for images

Yes, you can choose the gift wrap option during checkout, a small fee will apply

Frames

We are positioned as more of an affordable option than a luxury or high quality frame provider. We work with industry leading machinery and suppliers to provide our customers the absolute best value for the price paid

As always, we strive to provide the best possible prints that we can. The quality of the prints usually depend on the images that are provided by the customer. The best practice would be to avoid using images that have been shared on social media platforms or messaging services and rather upload the original image that has not been compressed. Another thing to note would be that the image, once printed is usually enlarged compared to how you see it on your mobile phone so expect to see any imperfections or graining/noise that might already exist in the image

We offer a set of standard sizes on our design page starting from 8x8” up to 32x24”, if you are looking for a specific custom size, please get in touch with us via our Contact Form and our team will assist you as soon as possible

Our frames are made from eco-friendly recycled polystyrene material which is the most commonly used material in most frames. It is made thin and super light so as to make it easy to install and ship

We do not add glass or any sort of plastic covering over the prints as it increases the weight of the frames which also makes it harder to ship. We do offer laminated finish such as high gloss and matte

Our thin and super light frames are very easy to install. You can choose between two options for hanging when customizing your frames, for frames up to 12x12” you have the option of either stickable type or hanging type; for bigger frames, there is only hanging option

You can stick and re-stick the frames with stickable tapes up to half a dozen times during installation. Once a considerable amount of time has passed, we do not recommend trying to re-stick the frames as the adhesive on the tapes may have already bonded with your wall which may make it weaker. Weather conditions such as extreme heat or humidity/moisture may also have an impact in the longevity of the adhesives, if you do face an issue please reach out to our customer service team

The adhesiveness on surfaces can vary, some of our customers have stuck on wallpapers without issues but some have faced issues so its best to try our a single frame to see if it will be compatible with your wall

We are ALWAYS ready to listen to our customers and make sure that they are happy. If you have any issue with the items received, please do not hesitate even one bit to contact us as we are always ready to make things right by you

Your Order

If your order has been marked as ‘QC Check Failed’ you should have also got a notification via SMS/WhatsApp/Email explaining that your order is on hold due to an issue with the quality of one or more of the images you have provided, please reach out to our team if they have not got to you to make sure that we print the image according to your liking

This is most likely due to public holidays or closures. We mark it as such to make sure our customers know that there is a slight delay in manufacturing or dispatch

If you would like to cancel your order, you can request to do so from the order details page in your order dashboard. Our team will review your request and process the cancellation. The orders can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped

Your image can be switched out if the order has not yet been shipped. If it is packed and ready to be shipped, your order is no longer eligible to be edited

You can change the address in your order as long as we have not shipped your order, once shipped you can request the package to be returned and then a shipping fee is applicable to re-send your package

We do not offer separate previews. You can see the preview of what your order looks like from your order details page in your order dashboard. We print your images according to how you have set it while customizing your frame

We would love to accommodate such requests to make your order that much more memorable. Once you have ordered, please contact our customer service team so that they can accommodate your request for you. Please make sure to place your request before your order has been shipped

Shipping

Orders take 1-2 working days to prepare and manufacture, once the order is shipped it can take any where between 3-10 days depending on your city/state. In case of public holidays or delays due to closures or extreme weather, please expect delays. If you are ordering as a gift for a special occasion, please plan ahead with delays in mind

Once you have placed your order, the order status should be visible on your account dashboard along with the order summary. Once your order is shipped, you will get the tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email

Yes! We provide shipping via third party services Pan-India with some exceptions in Lakshwadeep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, North East Region and Jammu & Kashmir

Shipping rates vary from state to state and city to city, our base shipping starts at Rs. all the way up to Rs. depending on the size of your order. We calculate the rates based on the overall weight of the package that is being shipped

We understand that this can be a frustrating experience as you have waited a while for your order and it’s shown up damaged. This is unfortunately an issue that is commonplace among courier services in India regardless of our “Fragile” stickering on the boxes. However, worry not as our team is always on standby to help you out with such issues. Just send us an unboxing video and images and we will get another set out to you right away!

It is always recommended to take an unboxing video to provide proof of damage while shipping, just make sure to get a shot of the shipping sticker. As always, we provide a re-issue of your order right away once this is provided

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery facility as our frames are custom made to order and cannot be returned

We understand the frustration that this may cause as you have waited a long time for your frames and have not received it. Please get in touch with our customer service executives and we will make sure to get you another set of frames through a different courier partner

In case of such an issue, please reach out to our team and we will contact the courier partner directly for an update

We can re-send your package once its been received by us, a small re-ship fee will be levied. The courier person has not called me and marked the order as undeliverable/customer refused. This happens sometimes in the Indian logistics space due to the delivery personnel being unable to deliver your package on the same day, please do notify our customer service executives in case such an issue persists
