Returns & Refunds Policy

As part of a broader clarification of items pertaining to Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges from our Terms of Use, the policies adopted and practiced by Frameley that are acknowledged by the customer upon purchase from www.Frameley.com have been listed below. All terms are legally binding and held up in the court of law.

Return Policy Terms :- Defective products may be reported to our Customer Service team at [email protected], website chat or WhatsApp. Customers are expected to send videos/images of the defects so that they may be examined. Customers are not expected to send back any items unless deemed necessary by our Customer Service team in order to further inspect the product. The full refund will be issued by the customer service team once an investigation has been conducted.

- On rare occasions, our customer care team might ask for the item to be returned for a physical review, in which case a return pickup will be arranged.

- If the customer is out of our delivery partner's serviceable area, customers are expected to self ship items back for returns or exchanges to:

- In the case of customer self-ship, the courier cost will be covered by our team upon being presented with the invoice for shipping.

Refund Process:

Refunds are only provided in case of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or if the order is yet to be shipped. You can start the process by reaching out to our customer service team via email, WhatsApp, or website chat.

Once the customer has initiated the refund process, our customer care team will make sure that the appropriate amount is refunded back via the payment gateway.

The management and customer care team at Frameley reserve the right to reject a refund request with notice.

Refund Policy

- Customers have 10 days from delivery to file for a refund on their order in case of any damages.

- Refunds on returns are only due after items have been inspected via photographs and it is apparent that the item is damaged and/or not in working condition.

- Refunds on cancellations may be granted if the item has yet to be shipped.

- Refunds are only applicable on purchase values.

- Wrong or Missing products are refunded on the discretion of the customer service team, either after the return of the wrong item or after an internal investigation.

- Refunds via NetBanking and credit cards may take around 3-5 days while debit card and UPI refunds should be credited within 24 hours.
