Shipping Policy

Dispatch:

Dispatch of items is done within 1-2 working days from the order, depending on if there is no issue with the order details such as image, contact details or delivery address.

If items are out of stock/require replenishment or if there is a technical error, our team will reach out to you and dispatch may take an extra few days depending on customer response.

If there are any issues with image quality or order details, order will be marked as ‘QC Issue’ and customer will receive an SMS/WhatsApp. Please reach our to our team if they haven’t yet reached out to you.

If there are any delays due to holidays/closure/weather, the order status will be updated appropriately along with an SMS/WhatsApp update.

Shipping Times:

Based on typical times, the estimates are:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 Days*
  • Other Cities: 3-8 Days*

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking details provided you have given the correct details during checkout. In case you do not receive any updates on tracking after placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team.

*Mentioned times are typical delivery windows based on statistical data, neither Frameley nor our delivery partners guarantee exact delivery windows or dates. Delivery timings may vary during holidays, festival seasons, or extreme weather conditions. Frameley is not liable for any network or routing delays.

Cash On Delivery:

We do not offer cash on delivery due to the custom nature of the product. We accept pre-paid payments such as Wallets/UPI, Card Payments, NetBanking & More on checkout.

Returns:

Returns are not eligible on Frameley frames, unless the issue is as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. This is mainly due to the frames being a custom product.

  • If order was marked as RTO without any contact to customer, we will initiate a re-issue of the frames at no cost.
  • If order was marked as RTO due to order being un-deliverable, order will be re-dispatched once received by us for a small fee.

Shipping Issues:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of shipping companies across India, there may be issues such as mishandling damage and delays. We utilize reputed third party courier networks to deliver our orders to our customers across India, we try our best to mediate and assure the fastest and stress-free delivery for our customers.

In cases of damaged shipments-

We always recommend taking an unboxing video once you have received the product with a clear and visible shot of the shipping label. This is to ensure that we can provide proof of damage to our courier partners and evaluate the damage. Once the video is provided to our team, we will make sure to re-issue your frames and get it sent back out to you right away.

In cases of issues with delivery personnel-

If you feel the delivery personnel are misbehaving or are refusing to deliver your order, please reach out to us right away and we will convey the issue to the respective people and get the issue sorted.

The sooner you can reach out to us, the better.

In cases of issues with tracking-

Please reach out to us if you feel the tracking is not updating and we will try to get you an update via other channels.
